Hallo an alle, ? ☀️ ?

 

habe heute meine Samen von Martynia annua erhalten, leider mit der Samenkapsel bzw. der "Hülle". Wie kann ich die Samen aus den Kapseln holen, ohne dass diese dabei zerbröckeln?
